Farewell Dr Gianni Fantini

With great sadness we will be saying goodbye to one of our long term General Practitioners, Dr Gianni Fantini, next month.

Dr Fantini's last day at GHFP will be 10th March 2023.

Dr Fantini has been consulting at GHFP since it opened in January 2017 and he will be sorely missed by all of us.

We are all so grateful to have worked with him for the last 6+ years, and for his gentle and compassionate contribution to so many people's health and lives during the time he's been with us, We wish him all the best for his next chapter.

Dr Fantini encourages his regular patients to continue their care with one of the other GP's at Glebe Hill Family Practice or GHFP Nurture.

Dr Fantini will be practicing in the future at Lenah Valley Medical Centre (phone 6228 0243), and for those people who are accepted as new patients there we would be happy to facilitate transfer of individual patient's Health Summaries and relevant medical records once requested by the practice.
