Our Mental Health Nurse, Lisa Webster, is available every Thursday at Glebe Hill Family Practice, with FREE telephone appointments that can be booked online.

• Emotional support during difficult times
• Understanding mental health symptoms and treatment options
• Developing coping strategies and wellbeing goals
• Care planning and safety planning
• Support while waiting to access specialist mental health services
• Connecting you with community resources and support services
• Coordinating care with your GP and other healthcare providers

Free phone appointments are available every Thursday and can be booked online.

Available to patients of both Glebe Hill Family Practice and GHFP Nurture.
