Here's some feedback we've received and acted upon recently at GHFP Nurture.

“The entrance door always confuses me” – We are currently reviewing and updating signage and visibility of the entrance to Nurture, working with a graphic designer to make the practice more visible and inviting! We are also making signage clearer for patients where to go once you enter the practice for the General Practice, Travel Clinic and Pathology.

“More appointments available on the day. At least one appointment available for all doctors. It would quickly fill during the day” – In the past 6 months we have welcomed Dr Alice Frampton, Dr Heather Price and Dr Rebecca Kelly to the team. This has greatly increased available appointments each day. Additionally, we reserve a number of appointments for booking on the day.

“Cheaper pricing for pensioners.” – Concession card holders receive a reduced fee for consultations with their practitioner, see our website fees page for more information (link in comments)

”I like the care expertise and professionalism. And that you ask for feedback!” – We now send Patient feedback surveys to random patients each fortnight. These surveys help up to understand where we can improve and where we are meeting the needs of our patients!
