We are seeking Registered or Enrolled Nurses to join our Practice Nurse team!

Glebe Hill Family Practice and GHFP Nurture are busy, growing General Practices providing high quality services to an expanding team of GP's and Allied Health Professionals, and to their patients.

Responsibilities:

  • All Practice Nurse duties, including:
  • triage and patient assessment
  • chronic disease management (Care Plans, Health Assessments, Diabetes Reviews and Asthma Reviews)
  • treatment room nursing, including wound care, ECG, spirometry, immunisation and injections
  • surgical assisting (minor procedures and IUD insertions)

  • be able to organise, prioritise and problem-solve efficiently and effectively

  • collect and enter data with high-level attention to detail
  • have a growth mindset, and enjoy a learning environment
  • be committed to providing a high standard of service
  • have current unconditional registration with AHPRA
  • have current Professional Indemnity Insurance

Previous experience in general practice nursing will be highly regarded, but is not essential. We feel that having the right people with the right attitude is most important.
