For your convenience, we offer online appointment bookings. You can book an appointment with the next available doctor, or the doctor of your choice via the Book Appointment button on this website or by using the AMS Connect App on your smartphone or tablet.
Please make sure you have your valid and current mobile number recorded with us at the practice.
Online repeat prescriptions and referrals
Patients can request repeat prescriptions and referrals online without an appointment.
Repeat prescriptions or referrals can be booked online using the Prescription and Referral buttons under the practice logos on this website, or via the AMS Connect App on your smartphone or tablet.
Your request will be responded to within 4 working days via an SMS. If you have not heard within 4 working days, please phone and check the status with our friendly reception team.
