Meet the team
Dr Jyoti Maulder
Jyoti grew up in the north of Tasmania and lived in Queensland for a number of years before returning to undertake her medical degree at the University of Tasmania, graduating in 2018.
Dr Davida Cripps
Davida grew up in Hobart before moving to Sydney and completing her medical degree at the University of Sydney. She gained broad clinical experience across several Sydney hospitals before returning home to Hobart in 2022 and working at the Royal Hobart Hospital.
Dr Declan Hilder
Declan graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2020. He spent a few years working in general practices across Hobart and most recently worked at the Royal Hobart Hospital in Diving and Hyperbaric Medicine.
Dr Aisling Gillen
Aisling (pronounced Ash-Ling) grew up in the countryside of Co Longford, Ireland, and completed her medical degree at University College Dublin.
Dr Rebecca Kelly
Rebecca graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2016 and went on to work in hospital medicine across Tasmania and Interstate. She completed extended training in geriatric medicine before commencing general practice in 2025.
Dr Daniel Herbert
Daniel was born and raised in Hobart and graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2018. He has spent time working at the Royal Hobart Hospital, as well as regional hospitals in Victoria, Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia, before returning back to Tasmania.
Dr Elif Stoneman
Dr Elif Stoneman, born in Turkiye, grew up in Tasmania where she completed her medical degree at the University of Tasmania. Elif worked at the Royal Hobart Hospital and Bundaberg Base Hospital before starting her General Practice training in 2023.
Dr Jonathan Choong
Jonathan graduated in 2011 from Monash University. He completed his GP Fellowship in Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. He moved to Tasmania in 2021 and has not looked back ever since. In his spare time he enjoys trail running, cycling, playing violin and cooking.
Dr Roger Booth
Roger trained in medicine at the University of Tasmania. Roger enjoys the variety of general practice with particular interest in preventative health, men’s health and occupational medicine (including workers compensation).
Dr Yee Yoon Ng
Yee Yoon graduated from the University of New South Wales, and worked in Queensland before moving to Tasmania to work in general practice. She enjoys all aspects of general practice, and has a special interest in palliative care.
Dr Parth Patel
Dr Patel graduated from medical school overseas and then worked at the Royal Hobart Hospital from 2019 to 2022. Dr Patel enjoyed working in various areas in the hospital.
Dr Alison Thurstans
Alison grew up in Tasmania and graduated from UTAS in 1996. She went on to work and complete her training in the UK and WA before returning to Tasmania in 2004. Alison has worked in general practice on the eastern shore since 2006 and also teaches medical students at UTAS.
