Jyoti grew up in the north of Tasmania and lived in Queensland for a number of years before returning to undertake her medical degree at the University of Tasmania, graduating in 2018. She went on to work at the Royal Hobart Hospital gaining experience across various specialties with additional time working in emergency medicine before entering general practice in 2024. She has an interest in women’s and children’s health and has completed the Sydney Child Health Program as well as a Certificate in Women’s Health (RANZCOG).

Jyoti enjoys caring for people from all walks of life and values developing longer term therapeutic relationships with patients and families. 

Outside of medicine she enjoys keeping active, being in nature and spending time with her young family.

Davida grew up in Hobart before moving to Sydney and completing her medical degree at the University of Sydney. She gained broad clinical experience across several Sydney hospitals before returning home to Hobart in 2022 and working at the Royal Hobart Hospital.

Davida chose general practice because of her wide-ranging clinical interests and her passion for providing holistic, patient-centred care. She enjoys all aspects of general practice, with a particular interest in preventative health and supporting patients to achieve long-term wellbeing. She values building strong, ongoing relationships with individuals and families.

Outside of work, Davida enjoys reading and spending time with her young family and their elderly kelpie cross, Diesel.

Declan graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2020. He spent a few years working in general practices across Hobart and most recently worked at the Royal Hobart Hospital in Diving and Hyperbaric Medicine. 

He has a special interest in scuba diving medicine and chronic complex wound care. He enjoys all aspects of general practice, especially preventative care and caring for the elderly.

Outside of work, Declan loves scuba diving, playing underwater hockey and travelling the world.

Hannah Richmond, Accredited Practicing Dietitian

Hannah Richmond has experience as an Accredited Practising Dietitian in both hospital and community healthcare settings and is passionate about motivating and educating people improve their health, performance, and wellbeing through evidence-based nutrition. Drawing on extensive clinical experience, Hannah supports clients with a wide range of nutrition concerns. She has particular interests in sports nutrition, women's health, diabetes management and digestive health. Known for her approachable and down-to-earth style, Hannah believes nutrition advice should be practical, realistic, and tailored to each individual's lifestyle. She enjoys translating the latest nutrition research into simple, actionable strategies that help empower clients and achieve lasting results.

Whether you're looking to improve digestive symptoms, navigate nutrition through different life stages, or develop healthier eating habits, Hannah works collaboratively with clients to create personalised plans that fit seamlessly into everyday life.

Sienna comes from a fitness and customer service background and has a passion for supporting others. In her spare time Sienna enjoys going for walks, the gym and spending time with her partner and two cats.

Charli has a professional background in administration and loves keeping busy with many hobbies including baking, reading, sewing and crochet.

 

Charli also enjoys spending time with her family camping and trying new things, especially restaurants and cafes.

Ele joined our Reception team in April 2026.

Ele grew up in rural Western Australia and has relocated to Tasmania from Queensland. Eleisha has a passion for customer service and in her spare time, enjoys creating art/music, exploring nature and taking care of her animals.

 

Registered Nurse

Lisa is a Mental Health Nurse, graduating from UTAS in 2008.  She has worked in various mental health settings including inpatient, community, triage and ED; in both Tasmania and Victoria. 

Lisa joined GHFP in March 2025 and is excited to be working in primary care, supporting people’s mental health within a general practice setting. She’s passionate about providing accessible support, continuity of care, and being part of an integrated team which helps people feel supported in their mental health journey.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors, being active, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She values connection and believes it’s an important part of maintaining good mental health.
